By registering, logging in, or using any part of the JDefines service (the “Service”), you (“user”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Agreement”), which constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and JDefines.

PLEASE NOTE: THIS AGREEMENT INCLUDES A BINDING ARBITRATION CLAUSE AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER. BY ACCEPTING THESE TERMS, YOU AGREE TO RESOLVE DISPUTES THROUGH INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION AND WAIVE THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION SUIT.

3. Subscription and Billing

Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription through your account settings.

If a payment fails or is past due, we may suspend or terminate your account. By subscribing, you authorize JDefines or its third-party payment processors to charge your payment method.

4. Free Trials and Promotions
From time to time, JDefines may offer promotional pricing or free trials. Such offers are subject to change or termination at any time. Trials may require payment information to activate. If not canceled before the end of the trial period, your account will convert to a paid subscription.

5. Termination and Suspension
We may suspend or terminate your access for any reason including: non-payment, violation of these Terms, abusive behavior, or unlawful conduct. Upon termination, your access to the Service and your data may be permanently deleted. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and access will continue until the end of the paid term.

6. User Content and Feedback
You retain ownership of content you submit but grant JDefines a perpetual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display it in connection with the Service. You agree not to upload content that violates the rights of others or any applicable laws. We may remove content at our discretion.

7. Community Guidelines and Conduct
You agree to use the Service respectfully and lawfully. Prohibited behavior includes harassment, hate speech, impersonation, spamming, and promoting illegal activity. Violating these guidelines may result in termination of your account.

8. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the JDefines platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and videos, is the property of JDefines or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use this content without our express permission. The JDefines name and logo are trademarks and may not be used without consent.

9. Professional Advice Disclaimer
The Service offers coaching and educational content but is not a substitute for professional advice (medical, legal, psychological, etc.). Always consult a qualified professional regarding your personal situation.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JDefines shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
All disputes must be resolved by binding individual arbitration under JAMS rules. You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of accepting these Terms by notifying us in writing.

12. Governing Law
